How is my pin number sent? Top
 

We send all pin numbers by e-mail along with instructions to add it to your mobile phone or use it if a calling card product.

 
How long does it take before I receive my pin? Top
 

After your first order, you will receive your pin via e-mail within 10 minutes. For first time orders, it can take 15 minutes to up to 12 hours for us to approve your order. All your future orders will be approved automatically and immediately. After approval, your pin number can also be viewed in the order details area of your ephonecard.com account area.

 
My card is inactive? Top
 

Sorry, on rare occasions we are issued cards that have not been activated. Please contact us and we will fix the problem as soon as possible.

 
How do I add my pin to my phone? Top
 

Instructions are included in the email.

 
Are your T mobile, AT&T GoPhone, and STi mobile pins the same pins as from the mobile carrier? Top
 

Yes, all mobile carrier pins are the same no matter where you buy them. They have all the same rates and features. There is no difference.

 
When do the pins expire? Top
 

You can visit the mobile carrier web site for expiration details. However the pin expiration date counter does not start until you add the card to your phone.

 
What is your return policy? Top
 

Mobile pin sales are final unless there is an issue with the pin number not being active. You have 7 days to notify us of such issue. Calling cards are the same, but you have 20 days to notify us of an issue.You can contact the mobile or calling card provider customer service for any issues. We are always here to help so feel to contact us if there is an issue.

 
What if I lose my pin number or don't receive the e-mail? Top
 

Your pin number can be viewed in the order details area of your ephonecard.com account area.
